General Conditions

Article 1: Object and parties

The General Conditions detail the rights and obligations as between firstly Millesiwine Society, hereinafter referred to as the Company and the other person or entity named in the Customer, and as part of the service rendered by the Company to the Customer.

Article 2: The services

  • The wine tastings organized by the Company in restaurants and other places.
  • The sale of dinners in restaurants, referred as Wine dinners.
  • Other services ordered on booking.
  • Online courses

Article 3: Booking and Payment

Depending on the services, the Company offers different payment options. Wine dinners and Wine tastings offered within the Company website are payable online unless specified. Full payment is required to validate the reservation using Paypal (Visa and Mastercard cards accepted with Paypal or Stripe). Once a reservation is completed after full payment, a voucher is issued by the Company to the Customer. The Customer is to provide a voucher at the beginning of the service. The Company does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments. Services other than Wine dinners and Wine tastings offered within the Company website, and ordered on booking, may be subject to means of payment other than online payment.
The payment for online courses uses Stripe online plateform.

Article 4: Cancellation

Cancelling a reservation may result in cancellation fees being applied. These fees will be charged as follow:

  • 72 hours before the service begins, 10% of the total price order, except for Grands Crus tasting where 25% of the total price will be charged.
  • For cancellations less than 72 hours before the service begins, 100% of the total price order.

For information products sold online with a monthly subscription, cancellation with full repayment can be asked up to 15 days after the payment date. Beyond this 15 days period, no cancellation is accepted

Article 5: Interruption

Any interruption during the service, due to the Customer’s own, will not allow any reimbursement. The Company may interrupt a service in case of abnormal behavior to at least one Customer. Such a cancellation will not allow any reimbursement.

Article 6: Wine dinner services

The customer is to notice that Wine dinners menus may be subject to little change due to the limited quantity of some products. In case the restaurant can not provide the exact Wine dinner menu, alternatives will be suggested to the Customer.

Article 7: Alcohol prevention

The Company is to prevent the Customer against excessive wine consumption.

Article 8: French law “Informatique et Libertés”

According to French law “Informatique et Libertés”, Article 34, the Customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete any data related to him.
