Interview with Chef Marco Paz

At Millesiwine, we love ceviche. Ceviche is a famous dish from South and Central America, made of raw fish, cooked in a lime-based seasoning.
One of our best ceviche is prepared by Chef Marco Paz. Marco is from Mexico and offers a fusion cuisine of both Mexican and French food in Paris at his restaurant Le Saut du Crapaud. His ceviche is a best-seller!
We decided to interview Marco and discuss with him the different wine pairing options with French wines.

We brought a dry white Bordeaux 2015 from the Entre-Deux-Mers Appellation from Château Maison Noble!
